Copper Nanotechnology

After heating the pp, ps particles into a liquid state, nano-scale copper ions that are in the sub-copper stage are added to this liquid for mixing. At the optimum temperature found through numerous tests, the entire mixture is ejected from the spout to make copper yarn filaments. Several strands of copper yarn filaments are then twisted together to form what we call copper yarn, which can be used to weave various fabrics.

Human skin pore size is generally around 100 nm, and our sub-copper ions are controlled at 150 nm or more, which will not enter the human body to harm health but will destroy harmful bacteria attached to the surface of the human body.

How do copper ions work?

Copper is known to have antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.
Infectious diseases are caused by pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, which can directly or indirectly spread disease from one person to another. Copper ions are harmful only to these pathogenic microorganisms, and can play an important role in combating the spread of these pathogens.

1) Pathogenic microorganisms are harmful and can cause disease.
2) It is scientifically proven that copper ions can rupture and penetrate cell walls.
3) Once inside, copper ions attack the DNA of microorganisms, rendering them completely inactive.
4Copper ions kill immediately upon contact, allowing potentially harmful microorganisms to be eliminated.

The Power of Copper-Infused Fabrics

Copper fabrics infused with copper ions have historically been scientifically proven and used as antimicrobial agents, which means anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal. In many published medical journals, it has been proven and demonstrated that copper fabrics can and do destroy over 99.9% of HIV-1 (virus) in 20 minutes, 99.9% of cytomegalovirus (CMV) in 20 minutes, and 99.9% of aerosolized viruses such as influenza (H1N1 / H9N2) have also been documented to show effectiveness against other viruses.
